• A chance to broaden your horizons:
  Every year we arrange for our apprentices to attend trade fairs or go on company visits. You’ll also have opportunities to attend industry-specific exhibitions and shadow our field service staff, technicians, or other team members – all of which encourages you to think beyond your immediate role.
• Structured learning:
  Your apprenticeship will follow the framework curriculum of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). It also includes comprehensive exam preparation support, access to practice materials, close collaboration with vocational colleges and the IHK itself, as well as active involvement of our trainers on examination boards. So you can be confident of receiving top-quality training.
• Youth and Apprentice Representatives (JAV):
  Run by apprentices, for apprentices – JAV supports you throughout your apprenticeship and organises trips to mountain cabins, excursions and social events.

  Boost your potential with specialised workshops and seminars throughout your apprenticeship.
