MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (M/F/X)

Set up, retool, operate, monitor, maintain – working with our production machinery requires your full mental and physical attention at all times. You'll be working at the interface between humans and machines, orchestrating the smooth flow of materials while maintaining exceptional production quality. Your enthusiasm for machine technology will help you carefully monitor all processes, ensuring operations run seamlessly.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR APPRENTICESHIP:
- Duration: 2 years
- You will spend one and a half days a week at the vocational school in Offenburg, where the theoretical part of your training will take place
- A three-month foundational training course in metalworking, specialised technical instruction and thorough exam preparation
- You will learn how to operate machinery professionally, carry out maintenance tasks, quickly identify faults and effectively resolve them
- You will carry out in-depth projects both individually and as part of a group
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Logical reasoning skills and manual dexterity in hands-on work
- An interest in operating machinery
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and a diligent attitude
- Good secondary school qualifications or a certificate from a vocational school specialising in metal technology
