WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

As our Warehouse Specialist (m/f/x), your job is to ensure that everything meshes together perfectly. That means correctly routing incoming goods and products and forwarding them to the production line precisely on schedule. It also involves shipping products to our customers worldwide, making sure they are picked in a timely and accurate manner and packed in robust and eco-friendly packaging. Tasked with ensuring that everything is clearly identifiable at all stages of the process, this is a fascinating and varied working environment for people who love providing outstanding service.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR APPRENTICESHIP:
- Duration of apprenticeship: 2 years
- You will spend one and a half days a week at the vocational college in Kehl, where the theoretical part of your training will take place.
- You will gain hands-on experience in order picking, goods receipt and dispatch, as well as in our automated warehouses for spare parts and small machine production.
- Optional: Opportunity to earn a forklift licence.
- You will participate in projects at our logistics centre
- You will also gain insights into quality assurance, machine shipping, scheduling, and accounting
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE ROLE:
- A keen interest in logistics and technology
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Logical reasoning
- Good spatial awareness
- At minimum, a good secondary school leaving certificate
