ALEXANDER JÄGLE – PROJECT TECHNICIAN
MEIKO has been like a second family to Alexander since he joined in 1991. After holding various positions, he now works as a project technician overseeing food waste treatment systems across southern Germany. His daily motivation is bringing a smile to his customers' faces!

A versatile all-rounder and role model, Alfred balances expertise in table fabrication with his role on MEIKO’s works council. This experienced professional is also a great listener, which is especially valuable in his position as our works council representative for employees with disabilities.

Combining a love of linguistics with a passion for animals, Alina is fluent in multiple languages and a devoted dog mum to Maltese mix Carlos. Dynamic and determined, the young apprentice already has a clear plan for her post-2026 career path at MEIKO.

ANDREAS FALLERT – DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Andreas enjoys having the freedom to come up with unconventional solutions in his project work – it's one of the things he loves about MEIKO. He puts the same dedication into his role as a member of the Kappelrodeck volunteer fire brigade.

For Armin, people – not machines – are the top priority. Since 2022, he has served as a full-time member of the works council, providing our employees with a dedicated point of contact where they can raise concerns confidentially.

BENEDIKT SIEGWART – HEAD OF CONTROLLING
Since joining MEIKO in 2014, Benedikt has built an impressive career path: from working student and Master's thesis candidate to Junior Controller, Subsidiary Controller, Advisor to the Executive Board, and now Head of Group Controlling. Yet his journey at MEIKO began almost entirely by chance.

Collaborating with diverse people across various divisions, identifying potential and optimising processes are all part of Ilona’s day-to-day work. As Head of Business Consulting, she ensures every decision is backed by solid data.

Analyse, test, automate – that's the rhythm of Jakob's daily work. Since October 2021, he’s worked as an automation specialist on MEIKO’s pre-development team, tackling special operations with all the skills of a secret agent.

In his free time, Kilian works as a DJ and event technician – skills that often come in handy in his role as a MEIKO service technician. For this upbeat Rhinelander, every day at work beats to a new rhythm.

MELANIE BARTL – SALES BACK OFFICE
After completing her apprenticeship in Spain, Melanie joined MEIKO in 2011 and found exactly what she was looking for – a role where she could make the most of her considerable strengths. Since 2017, she has led the sales back office team responsible for standard international warewashing technology, thriving on the variety her role offers.

Selina’s motto is simple: don’t overthink – just get things done. As the person responsible for planning assembly processes at MEIKO, she faces new challenges every single day. In her free time, she applies the same attention to detail to her hobby of growing vegetables.

Thomas joined MEIKO shortly before the turn of the millennium. Today, he heads up the Professional Business Unit (PBU) Clean, driving the development and global expansion of our product and segment management in commercial warewashing technology.
