Assistant Vice President - Sales

MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS (INDIA) PVT. LTD. is the Indian subsidiary of the German Meiko Group, a leading global manufacturer of commercial dishwashers as well as washer-disinfectors for the care and hospital sector. The product portfolio also includes washer-disinfectors for the respiratory protection workshop and food waste systems.

About your role:

• Sales and Promotion: Identify and engage with potential clients, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics, to promote bedpan washer products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of bedpan washer products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, architects, planners and decision-makers.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• should be willing to travel within India

Requirements:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Good understanding of healthcare products, preferably bedpan washers and disinfectors.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven sales experience, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Computer proficiency is must, especially Ms Office products.
