Sales and Marketing Executive/Assistant

MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS (SEA) SDN. BHD. is the Malaysian subsidiary of the German MEIKO Group, a world-leading manufacturer of commercial glass and dishwashers as well as washer-disinfectors for hospitals and care homes. The product portfolio also includes food waste treatment systems.

About your role:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Identify and engage potential customers (calls, social media, events)
• Plan and execute campaigns (digital, email, events)
• Perform market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate internally for brand promotions and marketing collateral
• Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports
• Support lead generation and sales activities (e.g. quotations, follow-ups, inquiries)
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral
• Help with data management and basic research support

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and other languages may be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and digital marketing skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, social media, and data analysis
• Time management and ability to multitask
